The Black Sea Centre of Excellence, represented by Nelly Nikolaeva Gospodinova-Chairperson is one of the ten organizations in Bulgaria who carry out project activities under project "The Spot" of Association "BG Be Active" with the financial support of the Coca Cola Foundation .

The direct project activities on terrain foresee the reconstruction of a forbidden year-long sports playground, located between three schools - "Kliment Ohridski" Secondary School, "G.S. Rakovski" Sports School and "Leonardo da Vinci" High Private Profiled School , as well as to improve the green space, in close proximity to the place and the Church "St. Kliment Ohridski ". The project is divided into three stages:

Stage 1 - Access - Duration 1-2 days

Objectives: Initial analysis of space, existing elements, potential.

Making meetings and holding talks with identifying stakeholders.

Stage 2 - Engagement - Duration 3-4 days

Objectives: Establishment of vision and design for the place with the local youth, members of the association and friends from the Association     "Dobrozhenitsi".

Stage 3 - Action - Duration: 5-6 days

Objectives: Physical creation of "The Spot". Involvement of young people in the whole process of constructive intervention in order to recognize and ensure sustainability. Preparation for official opening.

Expected opening date: 25  September, 2017.

The aim of the project is to make the town of Dobrich a better place to live, raise and educate children and young people.
